The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was cozy and warm.

The hotel is reasonably priced and charming, with excellent staff. the location is amazing, being very close to restaurants, the city center, airport, and a taxi station. the room was well-equipped, warm, and had a comfortable bed.

Absolutely perfect location in quiet neighbourhood, exceptionally welcoming stuff, everything was perfectly fine. I got complimentary twin room with comfortable bed as an upgrade, nice gesture. An electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite television where provided.

The breakfasts except for the coffee. Cosy room with the bedroom, a nice balcony, good air con as expected.

The food was OUTSTANDING and we truly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was near the main tourist sites from here by Metro, taxi or tram which is driving 15 minutes and good transport connections.

We had a wonderful stay at Elate Plaza Business. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. One particular incident stood out when I fell ill, and they promptly brought me tea with honey and lemon, as well as a comforting bowl of chicken soup. Their kindness truly made a difference in my recovery. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with two nearby underground stations making it convenient for exploring Mladost. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. Although the view was not spectacular, it was to be expected in a neighborhood filled with buildings. The inclusion of breakfast and WiFi added to the overall value for money. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of power sockets near the desk and the less-than-ideal bathroom size, I would highly recommend Elate Plaza Business Hotel for its excellent service and overall experience.

Extremely practical location, with our early morning flight from Sofia Airport next day in mind. It was straight up the main road, and we were at terminal 2 in less than 10 minutes. It was also relatively easy to find, coming from east (A1) as we did. Modern, efficient hotel, nice place to stay for the night.

They had a few teething problems, in particular with the check-in computer system. Also the restaurant was closed during our stay, that was a blessing in disguise since a short walk took us to an excellent restaurant, about two hundred meters down Boulevard Alexandar Malinov.

I had an unexpected stay at Elate Plaza Business Hotel and it was perfect for my needs. The staff were incredibly helpful, even making a coffee for me at 2 am. The room was clean and comfortable, with good wifi. The hotel provided secure parking with cameras, which gave me peace of mind. the staff were welcoming, the room was clean, and the hotel had all the amenities I needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, especially for a family of four. At only 100 leva for two adults and two kids, we couldn't have asked for a better price. Secondly, the location was perfect. Being close to the metro station and taxi stand made it incredibly easy to explore the city and reach the center in just 10 minutes. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony that offered a pleasant view. Finally, the breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection of food, except for the coffee.

Everything was just fine; no improvements needed.
